1. Who we are

Advertifly provides marketing and lead-generation services for painting contractors, including paid advertising, lead qualification, appointment setting, follow-up, reactivation, and local SEO/GBP optimization.

2. Strategy calls and no guarantee

Strategy calls are free and exploratory. Any numbers, examples, or ranges shown on the Site (for example, "15–25 qualified jobs per month") are illustrative targets based on past client results and are not promises or guarantees. Results vary and depend on your market, offer, pricing, operations, and follow-through.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the legal decision-maker or authorized representative of the business you're booking on behalf of.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; (b) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site; (c) attempt to access areas of the Site you're not authorized to access; or (d) scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Advertifly or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use our name, logo, or marks without our prior written consent.

6. Communications consent

By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Advertifly regarding your inquiry or engagement. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms (including Meta/Facebook, Google, and others). We are not responsible for changes to those platforms' policies, pricing, or availability. This Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and any services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advertifly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Site or our services.
